- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Dialysis/Nephrology
- Proficiency with dialysis equipment and protocols
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Effective communication and patient education skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective dialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease and acute kidney injury
- Monitor and document vital signs and responses to therapy
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home care, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in patient care planning and quality assurance initiatives
