Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong critical care assessment and IV skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and other procedures
- Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure; anticipate and respond to changing patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of Cath Lab equipment and supplies
- Document clinical assessments and updates with accuracy and detail
- Educate patients and families on procedures, interventions, and follow-up care
