CT TechnologistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both CT and X-Ray imaging modalities, with a focus on providing excellent care to both adult and pediatric patients. This position may require occasional floating to other facilities within the area.Schedule

  • Shift: 3×12 hours, Days (9:00 AM – 9:30 PM)
  • Days: Friday – Sunday

Responsibilities

  • Perform X-Ray and CT imaging exams, including but not limited to:
  • X-Ray: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal
  • CT: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Brain Perfusion, CT Angiography
  • ED and outpatient CT and X-Ray exams, including specialized studies like cardiac CT.
  • Start IVs as necessary, averaging 8-9 per day.
  • Utilize PACS and portable imaging equipment, particularly with Siemens technology and Samsung X-Ray.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT and X-Ray imaging.
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • ARRT certification in CT and Radiography required.
  • Experience with PACS and portable imaging systems.
  • Experience in outpatient settings and emergency departments preferred.
  • Experience working with infants and pediatric patients is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of EPIC systems.
  • Ability to perform a wide range of imaging procedures with professionalism and accuracy.
