Job description: City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our commercial facility clients in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem (Triad) market. In this hands-on role, you’ll handle general repairs, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day building upkeep to keep our clients’ properties running smoothly.What you’ll do:– Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at commercial facilities throughout the Triad– Handle building upkeep projects, both indoors and outdoors– Complete light painting and surface preparation work– Repair doors, lighting, fixtures, and other building components– Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively– Work from ladders or lifts as needed for certain tasks– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at each jobsite– On call schedule for emergency facility response.RequirementsWhat we’re looking for:– Prior experience in maintenance, repair, or construction work– Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions– Willingness to work from ladders or lifts when required– Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills– Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationBenefitsWhat we offer:– Competitive pay– 401(k) plan for eligible employees– Lift and forklift certification training provided– Opportunities for growth within a nationwide facility services company
