Duties will include: Supervising bar staff to include training, scheduling, and supervision Controlling inventory to include managing inventory levels, placing orders, and controlling costs Ensuring the guests are having an enjoyable experience Maintaining a clean, neat work environment with a strong emphasis on safety Ensuring drink quality and a high standard of service at all times
