This role is all about people and less about the repairs. People are our biggest focus.Must have experience writing estimates and evaluating collision damage for insurance.We are currently looking to bring in a General Manager Focusing on;

  • Business Management by Key Performance Indicators to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Independent thinker that is solution oriented, not problem oriented.
  • Develop a strong culture that is goal oriented with a sense of belonging.
  • Collision repair estimates (will train Maaco Specific Processes)
  • Support staff and create a positive work culture.
  • Ability to be personable and work with all different types of personalities
  • Follow Maaco specific processes throughout entire shop (we will train on processes)
  • Do It a strong NOW mentality and management style
  • Time management skills
  • Goal oriented and able to lead others with a plan to reach the goal and follow up
  • Must be dependable & punctual
  • Must stay organized
  • Ability to successfully work through conflict with a positive resolution

Face to face sales experience is required. Must have the initiative, drive and willingness to learn to be considered for the position.Hours are Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:30pm.
