PAY RATE: $33-45/hourWe are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.Job Details:Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)Schedule: Weekend Shift (FridaySunday, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM)Industry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierOpenings Nationwide: Thousands of opportunities across the U.S.Qualifying Questions:Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?Summary:Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on airframe and powerplant systems in accordance with approved methods and practicesAccurately document all work performed per regulatory and Repair Station/Quality Manual requirementsDemonstrate proficiency with tools, equipment, and maintenance techniquesEnsure all installed parts and materials meet regulatory requirementsProtect and preserve parts and components during maintenanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentProvide detailed shift turnovers when work is not completedRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentA&P Certification (per 14 CFR Part 65 from a Part 147 school)Experience in a FAR Part 145 Repair Station environmentExperience with 14 CFR Part 43 regulationsHands-on experience with general aviation and/or corporate aircraftA&P License required (must be active)General aviation and/or private jet experience requiredWorking knowledge of maintenance software (Quantum, Corridor, SAP)Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft OfficeStrong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and inspection practicesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and accuracyMust be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).About Us:The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
