Job description: A day in the lifeStep into our studio and start your shift calibrating color profiles, prepping screens, and queuing jobs. You will set up and operate commercial-grade printers, verify proofs for accuracy, and keep production moving across multiple marketing and custom-art projects. Throughout the day, you will partner closely with designers and other creatives to transform digital files into stunning, tangible pieces.What you will run
- Commercial printing equipment: digital presses, screen printing setups, and large-format printers.
- Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to prepare, color-correct, and finalize print-ready files.
How you will make an impact
- Translate creative direction into precise, high-quality output using strong color theory and visual design principles.
- Apply typography and layout fundamentals for print advertising and promotional materials.
- Interpret technical drawings or CAD layouts for print production, including interior or fashion-related projects.
- Juggle multiple jobs with strong organization, keeping timelines tight and quality consistent.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional creative teams to align on specs and finishes.
- Handle physical aspects of production, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods.
Bonus skills
- Motion graphics familiarity (Adobe After Effects).
- Digital art and visualization using Maya or SketchUp for specialized 3D or interior visualization work.
