The associate is accountable for knowing where all the parts attach and on what trucks.Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:

• Weld and mount parts and accessories

• Wear PPE at all time

• Always be aware of surrounding

• Welding

• Read work orders

• Maintain adequate supply of materials needed to perform tasks effectively.

• Effectively clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas

• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management

• Maintain a safe and clean work space

• Follow established safety rules and regulations

• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs

• Must be able to bend and stoop

• Must be able to work on 1st and 2nd shift

Qualifications and Skills:

• Welding experience

• Knowledge of proper mounting techniques

• Read work orders

• Time management

• Able to read a tape measure

• Committed to quality, safety and communication

• Team-oriented and self-directed

• Background check required

• Drug test required
