Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in NC or compact states
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Emergency Room settings
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional ER-specific certifications preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Adaptable attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced conditions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, high-quality care to diverse emergency patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and responses to treatment
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff in high-pressure situations
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate critical care equipment
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout their ER visit
