Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC and PALS certifications preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
