Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
  • BLS and ACLS certification (PALS/TNCC preferred)
  • Minimum one year of experience in an Emergency Room environment
  • Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptability and a collaborative, team-focused mindset

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide rapid patient assessment, triage, and prioritization in the ER
  • Initiate and monitor emergency protocols, administer medications, and coordinate care with physicians and specialists
  • Deliver prompt, compassionate patient and family education and emotional support
  • Accurately document patient information and treatment responses
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and clinical deteriorations
