Inspect items for accuracy, defects, or packaging issues. Place sorted items in designated bins, totes, or conveyor lines. Use a handheld scanner as needed to scan and track items. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and production standards. Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any issues. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift boxes averaging 38 lbs, with some weighing up to 65 lbs. Constant standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
