In this production role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining saturation/impregnation machinery to treat decorative papers with resin solutions, preparing them for the lamination manufacturing process.   • Set up, operate, and monitor advanced saturation/impregnation machinery.
  • Utilize the HMI panel to adjust parameters such as resin viscosity, paper feed rate, and drying temperature.
  • Operate resin application systems, drying ovens, and tension control mechanisms, to ensure precise resin impregnation of decorative papers.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify resin distribution and paper quality.
  • Ensuring adherence to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.
  • Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to learn and understand a comprehensive training program.
  • Other duties as assigned.

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in clear communication.
  • Understanding and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn.
  • Experience with tools and machinery.

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum high school diploma, additional education a plus.
  • Valid drivers’ license.

SCHEDULE DEMANDS
