Job description: Job Overview & Responsibilities:Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you’ll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.What You Will GetIn addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive:

Your Responsibilities as a Certified Hand Therapist

  • Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities
  • Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

  • Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program
  • State Licensure
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

  • Base Salary: $83,000 – $110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
  • Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
