- Utilize process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures
- Maximizes performance of machinery: Troubleshoots equipment problems, make changes
- Read blueprints and technical manuals
- Assists with equipment changes and mold changes to accommodate production
- Utilize preventative maintenance program to maintain and prevent equipment failure.
- Preserve plant equipment through proper cleaning and maintaining
- Records, documents, and reports various data
- LOTO procedures (Lock Out Tag Out)
Requirements
- Must wear proper PPE at all times
- Can lift up to 50lbs
- Can work in small/confined spaces
- Can reach within hands and arm’s length, bend and stoop, walk, and stand for long period of times
