? Pay: $16.50 per hourWe are currently seeking a dependable Machine Operator / Assembly Associate to join a production facility in Archdale.Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a sleeve machine after receiving on-the-job training
- Assist with building and assembling light bars
- Perform basic assembly and production tasks
- Follow work instructions and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Requirements:
- Previous machine operation or assembly experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained on production equipment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive manual labor
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
