Job description: LPNSkilled Nursing Facility – High Point, NCPer Diem/PRNEvening & Night Shift – 3 PM to 11:30 PM, 11 PM to 7:30 AM$27 – $32/hrDuties and Responsibilities:Medication & Treatments: Administer routine medications, perform wound care, and manage tubes/catheters.Resident Assessment: Track vital signs, observe health and pain changes, and report status updates to physicians or supervising RNs.Team Supervision: Direct CNAs, lead shift handoffs, and communicate updates with doctors and family members.Documentation & Safety: Record treatments and incidents in Electronic Health Records, report falls or errors, and enforce strict infection control.Requirements1 year of experienceActive NC LPN licenseCurrent BLS (AHA)

Expected salary: US$27 – 32 per hour
