Job description: Mount Airy, NCOrder: 189030Order Type : Light IndustrialJob Title: 2nd Hydraulic AssemblerJob Summary:The associate is responsible for taking work orders and assembling hydraulics and plumbing on trucks in a fast-paced environment. The associate will be standing continuously and work in tight fitting spaces. The associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:

• Assemble hydraulic hoses and pumps

• Assemble PTO’ and pumps

• Assemble plumbing on entire truck

• FFWR- Flats for wrench resistance

• Clamp hydraulic hoses

• Check pressures

• Read hydraulic schematics

• Sign off on work orders

• Maintain adequate supply of materials needed to perform tasks effectively.

• Effectively clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas

• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management

• Maintain a safe and clean work space

• Follow established safety rules and regulations

• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs

• Must be able to bend and stoop

Qualifications and Skills:

• Understand how to read work orders

• Ready hydraulic schematics

• Forklift certified

• Ability to read a tape measure

• General knowledge of hand and power tools

• Knowledge of hydraulics

• Knowledge of plumbing

• Attention to detail

• Committed to quality, safety and communication

• Team-oriented and self-directed

• Background check required

• Drug test required
