- Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Valid state licensure as required for school-based practice
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for clear, collaborative interactions
- Confidence in working with both educators and students of varied backgrounds
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) tailored to student needs
- Develop, document, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Offer direct consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
- Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough records
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with colleagues and families to ensure student success
