Job description: About the Role:Join our dynamic team at CHASING YOUR DREAMS LLC as a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / (BT) in High Point, NC! In this rewarding role, you will work directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans and support their journey towards independence and success.Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct support and guidance to clients in various settings, including home and community.
  • Monitor and document client progress and behavior data accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist in the development of client-specific goals and objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements:

  • Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree is a plus.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
