Job description: Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Painter 1st Shift to join their team. As a Painter 1st Shift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the painting and finishing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Painter 1st ShiftLocation: Archdale, NCPay Range: $20/hrShift: Monday – Thursday 6am – 4:30pm with OT potential on Fridays
Contract position for 3 monthsWhat’s the Job?

  • Perform production powder coating and wet spray painting on various parts
  • Mix paint and prepare parts for painting, including masking and washing
  • Load and unload parts from the paint line efficiently and safely
  • Organize parts by color scheme to streamline production workflow
  • Maintain accurate production paperwork and ensure quality standards are met

What’s Needed?

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, turn, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
  • Sufficient reading and writing skills to follow work instructions and prepare reports
  • Good visual acuity (corrected) for reading instructions, operating equipment, and inspecting parts
  • Manual dexterity to operate painting equipment properly
  • Ability to meet respiratory requirements through spirometry testing
