We are seeking a dependable Order Picker to accurately pull, organize, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Operate RF scanners to locate and verify inventory.
- Pull, pack, label, and stage products for shipment.
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment as required.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and orders for accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages or damaged products.
- Inspect products for damage before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.
- RF scanner experience is a plus.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
