• Utilize process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures
• Maximizes performance of machinery: Troubleshoots equipment problems, make changes
• Read blueprints and technical manuals
• Assists with equipment changes and mold changes to accommodate production
• Utilize preventative maintenance program to maintain and prevent equipment failure.
• Preserve plant equipment through proper cleaning and maintaining
• Records, documents, and reports various data
• LOTO procedures (Lock Out Tag Out)

Requirements

• Must wear proper PPE at all times
• Can lift up to 50lbs
• Can work in small/confined spaces
• Can reach within hands and arm’s length, bend and stoop, walk, and stand for long period of times
