In this role, you will be responsible for harvesting ripe strawberries efficiently while maintaining quality standards. This is a outdoor position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Saturday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick ripe strawberries carefully without damaging the fruit or plants
- Sort and place strawberries into containers according to quality standards
- Select only fully ripe, high-quality berries
- Follow farm guidelines for handling and packaging produce
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and equipment
- Work as part of a team to meet daily picking goals
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
