This opportunity is with a top-tier healthcare facility and is ideal for IR Techs with experience in Neuro IR and Level 1 Trauma environments.Job Description Interventional Radiology Technologist ResponsibilitiesAssist physicians with image-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, neurovascular interventions, and other minimally invasive techniquesPrepare and operate IR equipment, ensuring all imaging and radiation safety protocols are followedMaintain sterile field and assist with catheter and wire manipulationMonitor patient vitals, administer contrast media, and provide patient care throughout the procedureDocument patient records and procedural details accurately and timelyCollaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a high-acuity settingContract DetailsLength: 13 WeeksCompensation: Up to $3,000/week (based on experience)Schedule: Rotating schedule based on an 8-week cycleLicensure & Certifications RequiredBLS Basic Life Support (AHA)ARRT-R American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Radiography) or RCIS Registered Cardiovascular Invasive SpecialistExperience RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology/Neuro IR experiencePrevious work in a Level 1 Trauma Center strongly preferredEducation RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology programAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field preferredAbout Winston-Salem, North Carolina
