The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical issues with vehicles.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Diagnose mechanical problems accurately
- Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components
- Repair or replace broken or defective parts
- Test repairs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an auto mechanic or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles
- Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
- Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred but not required
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Must submit to background and drug screen
