• Lead and produce detailed construction documentation that accurately reflects architectural design intent
• Oversee project phases from concept development through construction administration
• Conduct site evaluations and provide construction observation to ensure design quality and adherence to codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with in-house team members and external engineering consultants to coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts
• Ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
• Participate in proposal development and client presentations
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development for future project opportunities
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning, and regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of post-graduate architectural experience, including project management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
• Licensed Architect in NC (or actively on the path to licensure)
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a strong plus
• Strong design, documentation, and construction phase experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven professional

Must be able to work onsite at our Greensboro, NC office and participate in occasional local travel for site visits
