Job description: Thomasville, NCOrder: 2133565Order Type : TempMust have 3 – 5 years of experience with High-end Upholstered Furniture Pattern making.Must be able to read and interpret CAD drawings.To be successful in this role, you must have astrong sense of design and crafting knowledge/understanding.? Collaborates with the Product Development Coordinator to understand andinterpret product concepts.? Develops poly, cushions, and cutting patterns with precision and efficiency.? Makes and maintains product specifications for each new style.? Works with outside vendors to coordinate product materials for new styles andone-time customs.? Conduct thorough quality assessment at each stage of the developmentprocess to ensure adherence to design standards and specifications.? Stays abreast of industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuallyenhance product quality and innovation.? Works closely with each department to ensure seamless execution of theproduct.? Manages multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgetconstraints.? Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to resolve anyissues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
