Position: Maintenance Technician (Milk & Ice Cream Production)
Location: High Point, NC
Pay Range: $30 – $35 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Various shifts available
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading dairy production facility specializing in milk and ice cream products. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with a solid background in hydraulics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment including mixers, fillers, pasteurizers, and packaging systems.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and maintenance performed.
Work collaboratively with production teams to support continuous operation.
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.Requirements:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a food manufacturing setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC), motors, sensors, and control panels.
Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated or wet environments.#LSNCJOBS

Expected salary: $32 per hour
