- Hours of Operation: 4 Day work week
- Day Shift Hours: 2pm-12am or 4pm-2am

What Success Looks Like:
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE.
- Follow all safety procedures, rules and guidelines; and notify supervisor/team leader of any existing or potential safety issues.
- Keep the grinder area neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
- Mark all containers of re-grind accurately and clearly with material content.
- Collaborate with process technicians, part sorters to address any quality concerns.
- Responsible for collecting scrap for up to 49 machines per shift.
- Grinds scrap by material or color as demand dictates.
- Fills out inspection and or TPM reports on any equipment as required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and good organizational abilities is a must.
- Able to stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to differentiate color and color shades.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Your Credentials:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of injection molding machines preferred but not required
