supporting communities for over 120 years. As an Inventory Specialist,
your keen attention to detail will ensure operational accuracy, reduce
waste, and guarantee that products are correctly placed and tracked.
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Control Specialist
? Conduct scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts and full physical
inventory audits
? Analyze inventory and movement trends to detect issues affecting
accuracy
? Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes
? Recommend and assign appropriate slotting for new products based
on dimensions and sales forecasts
? Perform inventory adjustments in accordance with company
protocols
Inventory Control Specialist Driver Check-in
? Process returned products accurately and efficiently
? Document any discrepancies or overages in truck deliveries
? Ensure returned products are restocked promptly and maintained at
appropriate temperatures
Equipment & Safety
? Learn and safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
(training provided)
? Follow all food safety, warehouse, and OSHA guidelines
Inventory Control Specialist Basic Requirements:
? Passion for people, process, and performance improvement
? Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
? Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel
? Willingness to learn inventory systems (training provided)
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
? Ability to work in cold warehouse environments
