Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is hiring In-Home Care Aides (PCA, CNA, or IHA) to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes. We serve clients within a 90-mile radius of our Greensboro office, offering flexible work opportunities across many areas.We are currently in need of caregivers in the following areas:
Greensboro, Reidsville, Burlington, Summerfield, and Lexington (Spanish-speaking caregiver needed in Lexington) – as well as surrounding communities.If you’re compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference in someone’s life, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, transfers, etc.)
  • Provide companionship, medication reminders, and engage in mental/physical activities
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
  • Report changes in client condition to the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility)
  • Must have hands-on experience with a home care agency or facility
  • Must be able to successfully complete a skills check
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
  • Caring, patient, and dependable attitude

While this is not a state certification, participants receive a certificate upon completion. The training is quick, hands-on, and prepares you to confidently care for clients.Why Work with Us:
