Empty trash receptacles as needed
Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing
Duties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.Requirements:General maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to work weekends as needed
Ability to work weekends as required

Expected salary: $14 – 16 per hour
