Job description: Lexington, NCOrder: 2133457Order Type : TempToFTJob Duties • Daily fire watch • Inspecting/signing fire extinguisher(monthly) • Operating Scrubber(cleaning floors daily) • Bold Mold clean and pads change(daily) • Stair well and compressor areas clean (daily) • Clean maintenance shop • Clean outside break areas/empty trash (daily) • Painting (as needed) • washing/cleaning equipment (as needed) • minor assembly work • Responsible for grounds keeping Requirements • Must wear proper PPE at all times • Must be able to operator equipment (blowers) • Must be able to operate a golf cart
