Requirements:🏥 What You’ll DoAs our Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the face and voice of our practice. Your role includes:

  • Greeting patients and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience
  • Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
  • Checking patients in and out efficiently
  • Explaining treatment plans and insurance information in a clear, friendly way
  • Verifying insurance and assisting with billing questions
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting the clinical team in creating a seamless workflow
  • Collaborating with your teammates to ensure a smooth daily schedule

✅ What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a professional, compassionate team player with:

  • 1-3 years of dental front desk or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Denticon or Eaglesoft (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Confidence in discussing treatment plans and financial options
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • A friendly attitude and calm presence under pressure
  • Flexibility to support team needs across roles when necessary
