💼 Full-Time | $85K–$120K + Excellent BenefitsJoin a Respected Firm – Build Your Bankruptcy CareeWe’re looking for a Commercial Bankruptcy Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience in corporate bankruptcy and a passion for litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes bankruptcy cases while collaborating closely with experienced partners in a fast-paced, supportive environment.What You’ll Do:
✔ Represent both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and restructuring matters (Chapters 7, 11, and 12)
✔ Handle complex litigation and adversary proceedings
✔ Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
✔ Conduct discovery and manage case strategy
✔ Research legal issues and interpret bankruptcy developments
✔ Contribute to mass tort bankruptcy cases
✔ Support partners with writing and presentations
✔ Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for seamless case managementWhat We’re Looking For:
✅ JD from an ABA-accredited law school
✅ Licensed in North Carolina
✅ 2+ years of experience in corporate bankruptcy/litigation
✅ Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
✅ Ability to work independently and handle deadlines with confidence
✅ High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
✅ A team-first attitude—collaboration is key
