We are a growing manufacturer of battery components for the automotive industry, seeking a Clean Room Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Inspect battery cases and covers for defects using visual and microscope tools.Operate and troubleshoot automated packing and inspection machines.Perform routine maintenance and equipment adjustments.Follow cleanroom protocols and maintain contamination control.Prepare parts for shipment with correct labeling and documentation.Support metal stamping operations as needed (cross-training provided).Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with 5S principles.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of cleanroom or metal stamping experience preferred.Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.Able to read blueprints, use calipers/gauges, and follow SOPs.Forklift and pallet jack operation experience a plus.Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for long periods.Comfortable wearing PPE and working in a fast-paced environment.Why Work With Us:Competitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for growth and cross-trainingSafe, clean, and team-oriented environmentBe part of a company driving the future of automotive innovationApply now and take the next step in your manufacturing career!
