QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree PreferredDegree in Nursing RequiredExperience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience PreferredPrior demonstrated nursing leadership PreferredLicensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state Required Unit/Dept Specific Required CertificationsAdditional Skills Required: Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
