We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.Part-Time Leasing Consultant Job Duties:Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.Requirements:

  • · One year of prior leasing experience is preferred.
  • · Available to work weekends
  • · Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
  • · Friendly, energetic, great people skills
  • · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • · Excellent phone and in person sales skills
  • · Motivated and hard-working
  • · High energy
  • · Excellent communication skills
  • · Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
